The Importance of Guiding Young Men to Manhood...

Young men today often struggle to find their place in the world. They don't know where to turn or how to become men in a society that often demonizes masculinity. At WATT Next Gen, we're here to change that.

Our program is designed to guide your son from the age of thirteen through his entire high school career. We help him learn, grow, and cultivate confidence. He'll develop essential communication skills, learn to make eye contact, and stand tall in his strength. He'll understand how to defend himself and stand up for others and what’s right.

We aim to help your young man realize his full potential and become a true man. In many cultures around the world, there is a rite of passage into manhood. Unfortunately, our society has lost this tradition. WATT Next Gen brings it back through a structured program that includes:

Weekly Zoom calls with life skills training and guest speakers. Your son will learn from experts and role models.

Monthly meetups for in-person gatherings to foster community and brotherhood. Boys plan and lead events, developing leadership skills.

Quarterly in-person weekends filled with outdoor adventures designed to challenge and build resilience. Activities like camping, fire making, and cooking.

A final rite of passage, a transformative 3-day initiation in Colorado. Climbing a 14er, making food, and building shelter. Safe, guided, and protected experiences that mark the transition into manhood.

By joining WATT Next Gen, your son will gain the confidence and readiness to take on the world. He’ll have the support of a community that fosters growth and leadership.

Meet Mo Brossette...

Mo Brossette brings over 28 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, along with 22 years as an endurance athlete, to his work helping young men grow and develop. Holding a B.S. in Exercise Science and a background as a former Collegiate Strength Coach, Mo's athletic accomplishments include competing as a 4x Ironman triathlete, ultra-marathon runner, obstacle racer, and tactical athlete. He is the mastermind behind the Mindset program at the Adaptive Training Foundation, a Dallas-based non-profit serving critically injured veterans and civilians. Mo is also a certified holistic health counselor, sports nutritionist, and breath & meditation teacher.

Through his extensive study of mindset and leadership, Mo identified crucial elements that were consistently absent in the lives of his male clients. He found that they had not experienced any initiation into manhood, rite of passage, or education in essential life skills such as communication, self-defense, self-confidence, or leadership. This lack of guidance and support left them feeling mentally, emotionally, and physically unprepared for life's challenges.

Having grown up without a strong male role model himself, Mo truly understands the impact that the absence of a male leader can have on a young man. By combining their unique strengths and experiences, Jimmy Rex and Mo Brossette offer a powerful and life-changing program that empowers young men to embrace their potential and step into their roles as confident, capable adults.
