Mo Brossette brings over 28 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, along with 22 years as an endurance athlete, to his work helping young men grow and develop. Holding a B.S. in Exercise Science and a background as a former Collegiate Strength Coach, Mo's athletic accomplishments include competing as a 4x Ironman triathlete, ultra-marathon runner, obstacle racer, and tactical athlete. He is the mastermind behind the Mindset program at the Adaptive Training Foundation, a Dallas-based non-profit serving critically injured veterans and civilians. Mo is also a certified holistic health counselor, sports nutritionist, and breath & meditation teacher.
Through his extensive study of mindset and leadership, Mo identified crucial elements that were consistently absent in the lives of his male clients. He found that they had not experienced any initiation into manhood, rite of passage, or education in essential life skills such as communication, self-defense, self-confidence, or leadership. This lack of guidance and support left them feeling mentally, emotionally, and physically unprepared for life's challenges.
Having grown up without a strong male role model himself, Mo truly understands the impact that the absence of a male leader can have on a young man. By combining their unique strengths and experiences, Jimmy Rex and Mo Brossette offer a powerful and life-changing program that empowers young men to embrace their potential and step into their roles as confident, capable adults.
