Building Strong Leaders: Guiding Young Men on Their Path to Success...

The We Are The They Next Gen Program empowers 50 young men (ages 13 - 17) to embrace adulthood with confidence, cultivating essential skills & values in a nurturing community. This transformative journey shapes participants into resilient leaders, ready to navigate life's challenges and make a lasting impact on the world.

Shape the Future Leaders of Tomorrow...

Embrace the innate power and drive within your young man - confidence, assertiveness, strength, and masculinity are not toxic...

What is toxic, however, is stifling a young man's inherent desire to be bold, and telling him that expressing these emotions and behaviors is wrong.

As John Eldredge so eloquently stated in "Wild at Heart," "Men want a battle to fight, an adventure to live, a beauty to rescue. That is what is written in their hearts. That is what little boys play at. That is what men's movies are about. You just see it. It's undeniable."

Our program ignites that undeniable need, empowering young men to establish a foundation and cultivate the behaviors essential for becoming confident, protective, trusting, and compassionate men.

Your son will hone vital life skills: making eye contact, shaking hands, asking questions and listening, speaking with clarity and authority, and identifying and rectifying negative self-talk & behaviors.

He will learn to trust others, navigate discomfort, build fires, prepare his own meals, construct shelter, administer basic first aid, change flat tires, work in teams, lead and be led, support and be supported by peers, and healthily face failure, fear, and stress.

Additionally, he will acquire sales techniques, navigate relationships with girls, practice mindset & breathwork, manage time efficiently, prepare for college, and prioritize God, family, and country in all aspects of life.

This year-long program limited to 50 participants (aged 13-17 as of June 1, 2023) begins with an immersive weekend camp where your son will meet his tribe and bond through physical, mental, and team-building challenges. He will undergo a transformative journey, culminating in immense self-confidence and respect for himself and others.

The first weekend takes place June 7-10 in Heber, Utah, followed by Oct 20-22 in St. George, Utah, and concluding in Moab, Utah, on March 8-10, 2024.

Your son will participate in monthly service projects, group Zoom calls, and receive books, movies, educational materials, and exclusive WATT gear to enhance his growth.

Invest in your son's future with the year-to-year program, priced at $4,000/yr or $400/month.

Don't miss this incredible opportunity for your young man to grow into a confident, empathetic, and skilled individual, ready to embrace his role as a future leader. Enroll him in the We Are The They Next Gen Program today, and set him on the path to greatness. Secure his spot now, and let the journey begin!

Meet The Mentors...

Jimmy Rex

Jimmy Rex is the founder of We Are The They and is a renowned entrepreneur, speaker, and author. He has dedicated his life to inspiring men to become the best versions of themselves and mentoring young men as they transition into adulthood.

With an extensive background in business, networking, and personal development, Jimmy's wealth of experience enables him to provide unique insights and guidance to young men in the program.

His dynamic speaking style and infectious enthusiasm have made him a sought-after mentor and speaker, captivating audiences worldwide. In addition to being an accomplished entrepreneur, Jimmy is also a best-selling author, having penned his transformative book on personal growth and success.

Recognizing the urgent need to equip young men with the necessary tools for their journey into manhood, Jimmy and Mo have designed the We Are The They Next Gen program to provide the support and mentorship these boys desperately need. Through this innovative program, they aim to foster a sense of self-confidence, leadership, communication, and brotherhood in the participants, ultimately preparing them for the challenges and responsibilities that come with adulthood.

Jimmy is excited to see the Movement grow into new generations and to help to build the future of leaders within these young men.

Mo Brossette

Mo Brossette brings over 28 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, along with 22 years as an endurance athlete, to his work helping young men grow and develop. Holding a B.S. in Exercise Science and a background as a former Collegiate Strength Coach, Mo's athletic accomplishments include competing as a 4x Ironman triathlete, ultra-marathon runner, obstacle racer, and tactical athlete. He is the mastermind behind the Mindset program at the Adaptive Training Foundation, a Dallas-based non-profit serving critically injured veterans and civilians. Mo is also a certified holistic health counselor, sports nutritionist, and breath & meditation teacher.

Through his extensive study of mindset and leadership, Mo identified crucial elements that were consistently absent in the lives of his male clients. He found that they had not experienced any initiation into manhood, rite of passage, or education in essential life skills such as communication, self-defense, self-confidence, or leadership. This lack of guidance and support left them feeling mentally, emotionally, and physically unprepared for life's challenges.

Having grown up without a strong male role model himself, Mo truly understands the impact that the absence of a male leader can have on a young man. By combining their unique strengths and experiences, Jimmy Rex and Mo Brossette offer a powerful and life-changing program that empowers young men to embrace their potential and step into their roles as confident, capable adults.
